Are you looking for a new experience in administration / customer service? Would you like to become a part of an international company? Do you have a fluent English and knowledge of SAP? Then this job might be the perfect choice for you!

Main responsibilities:

  • Primarily assigned to online / electronic activities without the inbound customer interactions.
  • Responsible for monitoring and processing offline customer orders and requests.
  • Manages product and service complaints forms from customers: monitoring and processing offline customer complaints and warranties.
  • Ensures a correct offline order management: Quotations, Orders, Deliveries and Invoices.
  • Owns the billing process: correct invoicing, conducts invoice rectifications requested by customers.

Start: Immediately

Location: Prague - Palmovka

Požadavky

  • Advanced English
  • Excellent communication skills in writing
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Detail oriented and precise
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
