- Onboarding new users by setting up their accounts and configuring their hardware and software.
- Prepare hardware for new users, including laptops, workstations, monitors, mobile phones, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot IT issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and email issues.
- Manage Microsoft O365 services, including e-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage company devices including mobile phones through Microsoft Intune endpoint management.
- Monitor network performance and security, and implement upgrades and patches as needed.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Document IT procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide support and training to users on tasks related to Microsoft O365 and company policies.
- Offboard user accounts and ensure that all data is securely removed from company systems.
What makes you a great candidate?
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with users of all levels.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001 or other industry standards is a plus.
