As a dynamic and solution-oriented Teaming Assistant, you will work closely with your other colleagues across Central Europe (CE) and serve as in important interface for our project teams and colleagues. Your tasks will include providing operational process support on CE-wide Teaming projects in close coordination with internal departments (e.g., Talent Management), from identifying projects to distributing them. You’ll strategically allocate cases to where our coaches will have the biggest impact, and you’ll act as the first point of contact for our Pulse Check Survey, maintaining it and presenting the results in our weekly team meetings. You’ll also support the Team Coaches and the Teaming Team in the case kickoff phase, register and update project-related data and internal information, and support in preparing documents and presentations for internal meetings. Your tasks will also include analyzing our survey data and compiling various statistics in Excel (and possibly also Alteryx) and PowerPoint. In the context of the continuous improvement of our internal processes and tools, you’ll draft scalable, automated, and user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that support our effective working methods.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have successfully completed commercial training.- You have initial professional experience, preferably in a highly service-oriented business environment, ideally in controlling.
- You are very proficient in Excel (and potentially Alteryx), PowerPoint, and data programs.
- You have excellent written and spoken English language skills; German is a plus.
YOU'LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Teaming Team, you’ll be part of the existing core team comprising Teaming Management and another Teaming Assistant, and you’ll work with an additional team of dedicated professional coaches in addition to rotating coaches from the Consulting Team (Senior Project Leaders). Flat hierarchies and flexible ways of working within the team facilitate close cooperation and fast turnaround times for ideas and initiatives. You’ll report to the CE Teaming Director.
